ORDERS

Cancellations must be made before we send the order. If the order has not been shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order has been shipped, it is the customer‘s responsibility to send it back to us. Once we received the package, a refund will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds are processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Our confirmation e-mails are sent automatically through our order center, if you have not received yours, check your SPAM or Junk mail folder, thank you.

We accept PayPal and most credit/debit cards.

SHIPPING

Shipments to Europe take 10-20 working days.
International shipments 15-30 working days.

Some exceptional delays may occur due to holidays, Christmas periods, Black Friday and/or any unforeseen event such as flooding or bad weather.

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

If after that time you have not received your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that you can track.
You can also access MY ACCOUNT to check the status of your order.

We ship to most of the world with a few exceptions. You can place your order without any problem, and in case of any inconvenience for your specific country, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will refund your money. Please contact us if you have any questions.

RETURNS

If you have received any damaged product, please contact our customer service and tell us what happened along with a photo or video of the product.
We will respond within 24/48 hours. In the event that it is damaged, we will send you a new one free of charge.

Yes, of course. Booblo offers a 14 day guarantee from the reception of the order by the buyer.
If you don’t like the product and want to return it, please contact our customer service department for return details.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

The order will be refunded in full, EXCEPT the shipping costs which are NOT refundable.

In the exceptional case that you do not receive your order for some reason of force majeure or for some problem with the transport agency, contact our customer service and we will solve the problem.
